TO BREATHE, OR NOT TO BREATHE? That Is The Question
~ an homage to Leon Chaitow, ND, DO (1937-2018)
“If breathing is not normalized – no other movement pattern can be” Karel Lewit
Breathing seems simple enough. Our lung capacity is between 4 and 6 liters. Each normal breath moves about 0.5 liters of air. Inhaling/exhaling about 10 times a minute will move about 5 litres of air. That’s 7.2k litres a day. But how well do you breathe? Can you breathe better?
In our modern world things going wrong include; hyperventilation syndromes; paradoxical breathing; mouth breathing; hypocapnia; sighing and yawning; tension and stress; and sedentary lifestyle. Then there’s asthma, emphysema, snoring, sleep apnea. Some authors even believe the shape of the roof of the mouth has changed. This short neuromuscular therapy course will open your eyes and maybe your lungs too.
Learn effective techniques to reverse many breathing pattern disorders (BPD).
